"…this innovative chronicle of a truly modern romance also conveys, in a painful, darkly humorous way, a variety of ultra-identifiable truths, including the loneliness often suffered by big-city inhabitants and the complexities of sexual intimacy." - Laura Kern, New York Times
"Fortunately, these artists know how to tap in to the universal longing for acceptance, making for a fresh, witty, and contemporary take on the perennial boy-meets-girl story." - Caroline Palmer, The Village Voice

Arin,
Congrats on the great press and screening of the flick at Cinema Village. I didn’t get to see it so keep me
posted if there are any other screenings or when the release of the DVD happens.
Cheers,

Hey I just got my tix to see the final Screening list at Cinema Village.
It’s been over a year that I’ve been watching your podcasts and I finally can say I’ll see it.
Hope to see you guys there and that it’s a packed screening.

So I can say I finally have seen Four Eyed Monsters.
I discovered your project(s) just over a year ago with the first Podcast. It feels like ages ago that I got my first taste of Four Eyed Monsters. I was hooked.
Being an aspiring film maker myself I could relate to everything you’re and were going through and was amazed to see and hear where you were taking this.
So, yesterday I checked out the page and saw that there was one more Screening at Cinema Village and got 2 tix for me and my girl. I have to say I was excited about finally screening the film. I was looking over my shoulder to see who else was in the know and wanted to check it out for the first time or the hundredth time. Walking down University place I got my first sign that I was getting close. A few posters had survived and were still wheat pasted on a construction site. Just round the corner and I got to see the poster. We were the first ones there. Jenn picked up some of the post cards and was happy to see the film. She hasn’t seen any of the podcasts so she was walking in without any back story.
Once the film started the theater was silent and with the first joke people were laughing and enjoying the experience.
I have to say you guys did a great job. Telling a narrative story while keeping in experimental, avant garde moments. I was enjoying the whole look and style that was created.
Jenn thought that it was an amazing film and wants to check out the podcasts now.
I thought that it is a very well made film and wish you both success at gaining more screens and the future of your arts..
For now I have no clue what to expect. Will I be able to see it again one day? Who knows but, I am glad to be part of the Four Eyed Culture.
I wish you both much success with everything and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
Thank you for sharing this with the world.

Perhaps more people would be interested in seeing your movie if your podcasts were actually fun and creative like they used to be instead of simply being about selling and distributing the movie. People became interested in you guys because you were telling stories about your lives… stores about promoting a movie are kind of…. boring.

Where can I see this film? I live in Mexico City. Is there a way to order a DVD or to make some kind of
premiere here in Mexico? I have a lot of contacts in theaters and specialized press. Please, let me know.

Great film! I was in NY for a week in Dec. and saw your film by chance. I called a girl I know and she suggested we go see it. I had never heard of FEM, but I found it to be amazing. So real. Now I’m waiting for a screening on the west coast to see it again. You guys are great.
