[…] Arin and Susan are now showing their four eyed monster project… After not getting a distribution deal at slamdance, they decided to do a video blog about their movie and their process. They soon got featured on iTunes and MySpace and they decided to use this traffic to build up the requests… They built a request manager with Google Map and managing RSVP on myspace (see the Montreal page for tonight’s screening at Ex Centris). Is there any way that you could screen your film in Montreal one more time?
I think that it would be great for you to screen it at my school, Vanier College,
or maybe even at Concordia University. They have a great Film Production program (famous around Canada) and
I think that you could have lots of students at the screening. Or you could simply show it again at the
Ex-Centris, but put up some flyers around the two schools beforehand. I’m positive that you’ll get a great
response. In fact I might try to put some up for you at my school.

hey there. i’ve been watching your podcasts the last few weeks and i want to tell you how much i appreciate your work, your art, and your communication of your process with all of us. i’d love to see the movie someday, but i’m in spain for a year and i can’t figure our how to request outside the US. in any case, traveling abroad and living in a different country has done wonders for my development as a person and i’ve realized just how dishonest i can be with myself and with the people i love most. your podcasts are definitely an enormous help to me and came at a perfect time in my life. thank you for helping me to create closer, more meaningful, and more genuine relationships with people. you are my heroes. you are blessed with many extroadinary gifts and i’m grateful to you for sharing them with the world.

I was completely blown away by your movie!

I am so glad I got that myspace message 2 days before the Montreal screening. It gave me time to watch all the podcasts, which were put together perfectly! Then when I watched the film on Tuesday evening I was left in awe.

The two, podcasts and film, work hand in hand. Both works of art!

I am spreading the word of Four Eyed Monsters, I hope another Montreal screening is in the horizon! I cannot wait for the DVD release as well!

Thanks for screening this master piece in Montreal!
